If, we fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms and Conditions or our negligence, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it was an obvious consequence of our breach or if it was contemplated by you and us at the time you started using the Services. We do not exclude or limit our liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • Other liability which cannot be limited by law


We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Website and its content (such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software).

You must not create and/or publish your own database that features substantial parts of the Website (e.g. our prices and product listings) without our prior written consent.

Any trademarks/names featured on the Website are owned by the respective trademark owners.

Pricing and payment terms (including shipping, returns, exchanges and cancellations);


Bibiona orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. As every order is unique, shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items. For last-minute purchases, Express delivery is available to most destinations and Same Day delivery is offered in select cities.

All relevant delivery options available for your order and to your destination will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Times:

  • DHL EXPRESS: Most of Europe and USA: delivery within 2-4 days Rest of the world: delivery within 3-7 days
  • UPS STANDARD: Only available within Europe: delivery within 5-7 days
  • UPS EXPRESS SAVER: Most of Europe and USA: delivery within 2-4 days Rest of the world: delivery within 3-7 days

Kindly, note that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. Bibiona cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, we will of course try to minimize any potential delays.


Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
  • Accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.

Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Please note that any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.


Once your return has been received and accepted by us, you will be able to exchange the item. Any difference will in price will be refunded back to the original payment used to make the purchase excluding the delivery costs.

We are also able to issue your refund as Bibiona credit if you prefer.


We aim that every item arrives to you in great condition and we hope you’re always thrilled with your purchase. If you receive an item in a flawed or damaged condition, or if it doesn’t match the description provided on the website, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible. We will arrange a return and process a full refund for the defective item.


As your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible to cancel or make any changes to an order. While we’re unable to cancel an order once it has been processed by a Bibiona partner, we offer a Free Returns service.

If you ordered a customized item, we can only accept cancellations up to 48 hours after you placed the order.


We attempt to be as precise as possible in the description of the products displayed on the Website. However, we cannot guarantee that all details are always exact, complete or error free. Kindly, contact our Customer Service if you would like more information about a product. The images of the products on the Website are for visualizing purposes only, and although we attempt to display colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the images accurately reflect the true color of the products.

As a consumer, you have rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described.


Waiver – If our Terms and Conditions are breached and we take no action, or if you experience a delay from us in acting, that does not mean that we have waived our rights and we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies. If we do waive a breach by you, we will only do so in writing (signed by one of our Directors), and that will not mean that we will automatically waive any later breach by you.

Entire agreement – These Terms and Conditions form the entire agreement between you and us and they succeed any and all earlier agreements between you and us.

Events outside of our control – We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations to you if such failure or delay is caused by an event outside of our control. An event outside of our control means any act or event beyond our control such as act(s) of God, wars, terrorist attacks, embargos, riots, strikes, lock-outs, trade disputes, fires, floods, earthquakes or other natural disasters, break-down, inclement weather, interruption of transport, Government action or failure of public or private telecommunications or transport networks.

If such an event takes place and it affects the performance of our obligations to you, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you. Where the event affects delivery of products to you, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery date after the event is over.
